Rotor recuperator

It represents the plates of smooth and wavy aluminium foil alternatively placed in a circle. Heating of the supplied air takes place during the rotor spinning.
The performance factor of the rotor recuperator reaches 85%.
The rotor speed is regulated by a frequency converter.
The recuperator is equipped with automatic freeze protection.

Energy effective ventilator ebm-papst

The motor has high performance factor (85-90%).
Energy saving is 30% (relative to standard solutions).
Built-in supply-line filter, active / passive PFC.
Protection against phase loss and undervoltage in the network , smooth start.
Protection against shaft (rotor) blocking, built-in protection against motor and electronics overheating.
Possibility of the smooth and exact regulation, possibility of programming.
Switching electronics is built in the motor of ventilator.
Low level of noise and compact sizes relative to high power capacity.

Mixing section

Receiving and mixing sections are intended for the reception, mixture and regulation of the quantity and temperature of the mixture, which is supplied in the air-conditioner.
Mixing block consists of the housing, air valves of outdoor and indoor air. Regulation of air supply to the section is carried out by means of an electric drive or manually.

Section of sound suppression

Sound attenuators are used to reduce aerodynamic noise in the air flow.
The length of the section can be 500 mm and 1 000 mm.
It is completed with mineral plates and sparger aerators.

Filtration section

Pocket filter assembled: Short – 360 mm; Standard – 600 mm.
The filter-inserts of standard European cross-sections are applied for the section assembly that provides the convenience of usage and do not bind the client to the manufacturing plant.
Filtered air temperature: from -50°С to +70°С.
They are equipped with filter dirtying control sensors.

Electric heater

It consists of separate electric heating tubes.
It can be applied for air drying.
High electric energy consumption.

Filtration section

Cellular filter assembled: Short – 48 mm; Standard – 96 mm.
The filter-inserts of standard European cross-sections are applied for the section assembly that provides the convenience of usage and do not bind the client to the manufacturing plant.
Filtered air temperature: from -50°С to +70°С.
They are equipped with filter dirtying control sensors.

Water heater

Composition: Housing, heat exchanger, capillary thermostat (protection from freezing). Mixing unit is required.
Moderate energy consumption.
Optimal variant upon the availability of hot water.

Freon refrigerant

Composition: Housing, copper-aluminium heat exchanger, drop catcher (+tray made of stainless steel), drainage pipe.
Refrigerating medium – freon.
CCB is required.
Optimal for large single-space or separate premise.

Spray-type humidifier

Composition: Pumping plant, burners, drop catcher (+ tray made of stainless steel).
Dispersion takes place upstream the airflow. The pump circulates water from the tray.
Does not require water preparation, because the burner nozzle diameter is 9 mm.
It is applicable when it is necessary to support different air humidity in different premises. It has small dimensions and weight.

Air valve

Arosio profile.
It is fully protected from external influences plastic mechanism (gears inside the case).
It is equipped with Gruner electric drive (Germany). The drive with a return spring ensures closing of valve flaps during emergency shutdown of the unit, which protects the heat exchanger from freezing.
In the northern version, a crank mechanism is used to move the blades. Heating elements are installed inside the structure. It is possible to install a heating cable around the perimeter of the valve body.

Air valve

Arosio profile.
It is fully protected from external influences plastic mechanism (gears inside the case).
Completed with the electric drive Gruner (Germany). The drive with the opposing spring provides closing the valve flappers at the emergency switching of the installation that prevent a heat exchanger from freezing.
The crank mechanism is applied in the north model for the movement of blades. CCBs are placed inside construction. The installation of heating cable by the valve framework perimeter is possible.

Description, scope of application:

"Prom" series general purpose central air-conditioners of industrial version are intended to create and maintain an artificial climate in the premises of different purposes from the production workshops and warehouses to dwelling buildings, offices and trade centers.

The set of sections allows to perform all kinds of air treatment – filtration, heating, cooling, moistening, drying, recuperation and to maintain an artificial climate with the configured parameters inside the premise under service.

Distinctive features:

The framework of the air-conditioners is made of Arosio/ProLam high-strength aluminium profile ;. Sandwich panels with the filler made of extruded foam polystyrene or mineral cotton wool are used as thermal and noise insulation. The panels have external polymeric coating; internal surface of panels is made of zinc-coated steel (class 2). Such design provides high rigidity and impermeability of the air-conditioner framework and ensures that the outside air is not sucked into the ventilation system.

The framework of ventilation system includes supporting profile 100 mm high. Application of this constructive solution allows excluding additional supporting frameworks for air-conditioners; assembly is carried out directly on the level floor.
