Expert Roof series central air-conditioners

Description, scope of application:

Expert Roof series central air-conditioners are intended to create and maintain an artificial climate in large single-space premises, such as large production workshops, trade centers, exhibition and concert halls and so on. “Eurovent Expert Roof” in single framework or in monoblock version supports all kinds of air treatment – filtration, heating, cooling, moistening, drying, recuperation and maintaining an artificial climate with the configured parameters inside the premise under service.

Distinctive features:

The central air-conditioners of “Eurovent Expert Roof” series are made in two versions: without refrigerator module or with the built-in compressor-condenser block based on the Danfoss component parts. The air-conditioner is intended for location directly on the roof of the building that simplifies its assembly, reduces the extension of ventilation channels, and, as a result, decreases losses on the construction and usage. The air-conditioner is supplied to the object being already filled with refrigerating medium and completely ready to assembly. After connecting to the heat and power supply network, it can be put into operation (plug&play) in as short a time as possible.

The framework of the air-conditioners is made of ProLam high-strength aluminium profile. Sandwich panels with the filler made of extruded foam polystyrene or mineral cotton wool are used as thermal and noise insulation.

The design provides maximal rigidity, bending and torsional strength, and, consequently, airtightness of the air conditioner.

The use of this design solution makes it possible to eliminate the need for additional supporting frames for the air conditioner and ensures that the outside air is not sucked into the ventilation system.
